• Device Information: Push notification FCM tokens to send realtime order status updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for operating and improving our service:

• Fulfilling food orders and dispatching delivery riders to your specified address.
• Sending realtime push notifications regarding order progress (e.g. Preparing, On the way, Delivered).
• Processing secure payments and calculating multi-restaurant delivery rates.
• Preventing fraud and providing customer support.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Fork & Go does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share relevant details strictly with:

• Restaurant Partners: Dish items ordered and recipient delivery instructions.
• Delivery Riders: Delivery address name and notes to fulfill delivery.
• Payment Gateways: Regulated payment processors (e.g. Pesapal, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) for order settlement.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain user data as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request full deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
